Consultations

Appointments

For your convenience, consultations are by appointment and a wide range of appointment times are available throughout the week and weekends. Please telephone the surgery of your choice to check times and availability.

If your pet has a problem during surgery hours, please telephone the practice immediately and we will ensure that you are offered an appointment on a priority basis. Please make it clear that the matter is not routine and we will do our utmost to attend to you at the earliest opportunity.
If you would like an appointment with a specific vet please ask and we will always try our best to accommodate.

Telemedicine        Pre-issue of Animal Health Certificate.

If you are planning on travelling abroad with your pet and require an Animal Health Certificate you will be asked in the first instance to attend a telephone consultation with one of our qualified OV vets.  The Animal Health Certificate requirements vary from country to country and the pre-issue consultation helps us to determine your pet’s exact requirements.
