Chantry Vets are pleased to regularly host CPD evenings for the British Small Animal Veterinary Association (BSAVA).  The next CPD evening is scheduled for Wednesday 5th October.  We will be pleased to welcome Veterinary Coach and Mentor Carolynne Crowe to the Practice.  Carolynne will be lecturing to all members of the practice team on 'How Stress Affects You, Your Team & Your Practice'.  This evening CPD will cover practical stress management tools and techniques to help you work effectively and cope with the pressure of working in Veterinary Practice.

Speaker Biography

Carolyne Crowe BVetMed (Hons), BSc, MRCVS, Dip Coaching, Dip Wellbeing and Stress management

Carolyne qualified from the RVC (with honours) in 2002 and since has worked in large equine practice, both in the UK and New Zealand. Recognising that many of the challenges faced by today's veterinary surgeons and veterinary teams are non-clinical, Carolyne was inspired to train as a performance coach and mentor. She holds a diploma (with distinction) in personal performance coaching. Carolyne is an accredited trainer in DISC behavioural profiling, a CPCAB trainer in Stress management and Wellbeing and an Honorary Lecturer of the University of Liverpool. Carolyne is currently undertaking a Masters degree in Workplace Health and Wellbeing at Nottingham University Medical School. Outside of work Carolyne is a wife of a vet, mother of 2 small children and a keen runner.
